Even if you are not aware of an immediate repair need, it is wise for you to have your jewellery examined by a professional from time to time. This can identify, for example, missing claws on a ring, weak links on a bracelet or worn-down settings around your gemstones. Identified and repaired early, this can help avoid further loss of damage to your precious jewellery.
If you do leave your jewellery with us to be examined, we will carry out a complimentary clean of all pieces (not including polishing). We may ask that jewellery is left with us overnight so that we can perform a full assessment and clean. Our shop is fully insured and all jewellery will be safely locked away in our safes.
We will provide you with a quote before proceeding with any repairs.
